Welcome to Tactical Fitness. My name is Michael Robinson.  I 'm an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer (CI# 490-7), an IYCA Youth Fitness Specialist - "Level 1", a Certified "Star 2" Spinning Instructor (#1664523), and have an "E" Coaching License with Cal South Soccer.  As a former Police Officer and S.W.A.T. team member, I understand the importance of being physically fit and living a healthy lifestyle.  My fitness training and conditioning programs will help you achieve your goals to lose those unwanted pounds (excess body fat), tone muscles, increase cardiovascular endurance and improve your overall health and well-being.  My programs are designed for individuals 8 years of age and older, and for "All Levels" of fitness.

I will train with you at your home, office, gym or the great outdoors.  I currently have permits to use Heartwell Park in Long Beach, Ca. and Polliwog Park in Manhattan Beach, Ca.  The City of Manhattan Beach is currently utilizing my services, for a monthly fitness program, they offer their City Employee's.

My unique approach will help you transform both body and mind and help you achieve your goals.  If you want to achieve realistic, long lasting results, you must do more than exercise your body.  You need to exercise your mind as well.  With my program, you will change your perceptions and attitude about exercise, fitness, wellness and health.  I will not only show you correct exercise form & techniques, I will demonstrate them as well.  I will inspire you to exercise determination and maintain motivation.  Plan on a solid workout.  Breaking bad habits is one of the most challenging things that one can face.  Together, we will replace bad habits with good ones.  You will develop habits that uplift your spirit, bring back self-confidence and help you achieve happiness through fitness, good health, and mental clarity.  We will set realistic daily and weekly goals and work hard to achieve them.
